We offer safe and reliable door-to-door delivery across South Africa with our trusted courier partners, primarily Courier Guy.

Stock Delays and Tracking
Stock Issues: If any item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you immediately of the delay. We will offer you the option of a full refund or a revised delayed shipping date.
Tracking: Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also head to our tracking page and enter your order number.

Refunds & Exchanges Policy
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return or exchange.
Full Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Exclusions: Products that have been personalized are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Fees
Within 30 Days: If you initiate a return for a refund within 30 days of delivery, we cover the return courier fee.
After 30 Days: If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, you will be required to pay the return courier fee of R99.00, which will be deducted from your final refunded amount.
Refund Processing
Once the return is collected and inspected, we will process your refund. We will ask for your banking details so that we can process the refund via EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for something else, the following conditions apply:
Within 30 Days: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return and exchange the item for free. We cover the courier costs for both the return and the replacement item.
After 30 Days: Once 30 days have passed since the date of delivery, you will be liable to pay both the return and replacement courier fees:
Return Fee: R99.00
Replacement Fee: R99.00
Total Exchange Fee: R198.00
Exclusions: Products that have been personalized are not eligible for exchanges.
